Most people use milk to produce many things such as cheese, butter, laban, yogurt…etc. Now I am going to write how to make butter by hand in steps.

First, you should check the fresh milk for its quality and fat content. Then, you must leave the milk to cool. After, you should separate the cream completely. After that, you have to churn the cream. Then, you must drain the butter milk from the butter. Later, you should place the butter in a jar. After that, you have to wash the butter with cold water to remove the remain butter milk. Then, you must add a small amount of salt for flavor. Later, you have to cut and wrap the butter tightly. Final step is that you should store the butter in a fridge.

Finally, making butter by hand is easy and if you follow the steps above carefully, you will find it too much easy. I wonder that you will do it every day.

How to bulit runway

Nowadays, many counters had made runways in and out their counters to make the transport easer. Here in UAE, one runway had finished in Dubai and people are using it to their jobs. In this essay I am going to write about the basic steps needed to build a runway.
The first step is, Plan carefully. Decide on the number and types of planes that will be using the runway. (This will affect the length of the runway). In the next stage, decide where the runway is going to go. (The runway should not be located near densely populated areas or in areas with fog or birds). After that, Clear and level the area. (All trees and slopes should be removed).

Compare and contrast being a student at school with being a student at ADMC.

The government in UAE concentrates on education nowadays more than before. Here in Abu Dhabi, the schools, colleges and universities are in everywhere. In this essay, I am going to write about the similarities and differences between being a student at school and a student at ADMC.

There are few similarities between students at schools and students at ADMC. The first distinct similarity is that a clinic is available in schools and in ADMC. For example, if there was an accident happened and the student is injured at that time they can save time because the clinic is not far away. Another significant similarity is that both of them have healthy food. That means food is available for the students at both places schools and ADMC, and there is no need to get out searching for restaurants. A final major similarity is that a library is available in both places. For example, if a student has homework or project to do, he can complete it in a silent place with full of information’s around him.

Although there are similarities, there are far more differences. The first obvious difference is the uniform. For example, in government schools and privet schools, the students wear uniform, but in ADMC the student can wear whatever he likes. Another important difference is the technology. In schools they use black boards and copybooks whereas here in ADMC teachers and students use the latest technology that helps the students in there studies in a tidy way. Yet another distinct difference is the freedom. In schools the students are not allowed to step out of the school until 2pm, on the other hand students at ADMC can enter and get out from the college at any time. A final significant difference is that most students at ADMC have licenses, whereas students at schools are transferred by buses and drivers.

Overall, life is completely different when a student graduate from school and attend the college. In my opinion studying at ADMC is much better for many reasons. One of the most important reasons is that it teaches the student to depend on himself and start his life and even more is that he will feel the responsibility.

Compare and contrast life in the UAE before and after the discovery of oil.

Before a long time, the UAE was a poor country until they discovered the oil. And nowadays the UAE in the high rate of the rich countries. In this essay I'm going to write about the similarities and differences of UAE before and after discovering the oil.

There are many similarities of the UAE between before and after. The most important similarity is that the culture and tradition are the same. For example, people in UAE are still wearing their own clothes. Another significant similarity is that people’s interests are still the same. For example people how live in the desert are still practicing their hobbies such as hunting and catching rabbits by falcons. And people who live near the sea are also practicing their hobbies such as fishing. A final distinct similarity is that, before people were planting the date tress and they were eating from it. And even in these days, people in UAE didn’t ignore this tree and they still planting it on huge farms.

Although there are similarities, there are also differences between now and before. The first obvious difference is that before people in UAE were poor and they travelled from place to another to feed their families and their animals. Nowadays people in UAE are rich and they don’t need to travel because the government gave each of them houses. Yet another major difference is that the country itself weren’t ruled by a law and there weren’t any streets and towers until the oil were discovered, and in these days UAE are full of streets, buildings, towers and the country is ruled by law. A final significant difference is that people in UAE were spending the whole day searching for their food and some of them they spend weeks. But these days’ people in the country are treated well and they are having jobs from the government and they don’t have to spend their whole day.

Overall, the similarities are equal to the differences. In my opinion, these days were better than the days before discovering oil, because the country is n knowledge, and the country is full of hospitals and schools. And the country is on the way to improve.

Thief at home

I was turning into my driveway when suddenly a man waving a gun. I got scared as my family how were in the villa. I stopped the car and he was staring at me. Suddenly, he shouted at me to get out of the car. I got out side and my hand over my head. He put the gun behind me and started the villa and I saw something that made me gone crazy.

While entering the villa, I saw my whole family sitting at the sofa except my young child. My wife and older son were scared because there was another guy inside and he was teasing my wife. I couldn’t stay and do nothing; I ran towards him and jumped on him.

His partner wanted to shoot me but fortunately the bullet hit his friend I took his partners gun and I went to him. I asked him to drop his gun and call the police. He called the police and gave them the address and the gun was pointed at his head.

Finally, the police came and collected them in the villa. The police informed me that they had escaped from the jail for one week. I went to search for my young child and I found him upstairs doing his homework.

Airplane accident

I was late for college and feeling stressed as I had an exam. I was cursing the traffic when suddenly; I saw a huge black cloud of smoke. I was frightened; I thought that it was a car accident. After a while, while the traffic was moving slowly, something appeared in front of me that was not a car, it was a huge thing and it had a large tail.

When the traffic moved, I could see a clearly accident. The area was full of police cars, fire fitters and ambulances. It was a huge airbus airplane has arrived half an hour ago. And some fire fitters had already put the fire. I felt terrified because my cousin had been flying back from San Diageo. At that time I thought that my cousin had died. I couldn’t continue toward the college, I turned my car toward my uncle’s house to see if my cousin was there. At that time there was not any limit for the speed, I drive at top speed. I reached there in about five minutes. In front of their house, I saw his car parked. I felt happy and I stopped there for a while. Thanks to God.

I kept it in my heart and I didn’t tell anybody about what had happened and how I rushed toward my uncle house because they would laugh at me. Then I returned to my college to do my exam but unfortunately they didn’t let me after the auditorium to do it because I was late.
