How to make butter by hand




Most people use milk to produce many things such as cheese, butter, laban, yogurt…etc. Now I am going to write how to make butter by hand in steps.

First, you should check the fresh milk for its quality and fat content. Then, you must leave the milk to cool. After, you should separate the cream completely. After that, you have to churn the cream. Then, you must drain the butter milk from the butter. Later, you should place the butter in a jar. After that, you have to wash the butter with cold water to remove the remain butter milk. Then, you must add a small amount of salt for flavor. Later, you have to cut and wrap the butter tightly. Final step is that you should store the butter in a fridge.

Finally, making butter by hand is easy and if you follow the steps above carefully, you will find it too much easy. I wonder that you will do it every day.
